My Perspective on Functional MedicineMy belief is that the body is constantly giving us information. Symptoms are not always random inconveniences to silence — they can be signals that something deeper needs attention.
Functional medicine changed the way I look at health because it focuses on getting closer to the root cause instead of only placing temporary bandages on symptoms. That doesn’t mean medications are bad or unnecessary. Medications save lives every single day. But I also believe many people deserve a deeper conversation about nutrition, gut health, stress, sleep, inflammation, nervous system regulation, lifestyle, and the bigger picture of what may be contributing to how they feel.
Too many people are stuck feeling unheard while being told everything is “fine” on paper. My goal is to help clients feel educated, empowered, and more connected to what their body may be trying to communicate before those issues become bigger problems later on.
FAQs
What services do you offer?
1
I help you understand what’s actually driving your symptoms—especially when you’ve been told everything is “normal.”
This includes:
Reviewing your symptoms and health history
Walking through your labs in plain English
Identifying patterns that are often missed
Giving you clear, practical next steps to explore
This is not rushed, surface-level care.
It’s a deeper look at what your body has been trying to tell you.
How do I get started?
2
Start with a no-charge consult.
This is where we:
Talk through what you’re experiencing
Look at what’s already been done
See if there’s a fit to work together
If it makes sense, I’ll walk you through the next steps.
If not, you’ll still leave with more clarity than you came in with.
What makes you different?
3
I’ve seen where this leads.
As an ER nurse, I take care of people once things have already escalated.
What I focus on now is everything that shows up before that:
the fatigue that keeps getting brushed off
the brain fog no one explains
the “normal” labs that don’t match how you feel
I don’t rush you through a 10-minute visit or hand you vague answers.
I help you slow down, connect the dots, and actually understand your body.
How can I contact you?
4
You can reach out through the contact form or email.
If you’re ready to talk through what’s going on, booking a consult is the fastest way to get started.
I keep a limited number of spots open so I can actually give people my full attention.
